Generally accepted principles and norms of the international law in the civil law: from a list to a system

The article covers the position and the meaning of the generally accepted principles and norms of the international law in the Russian civil law. The views of the scientists are analyzed on the lists of the generally accepted principles and norms of the international law which are included into the legal system of the Russian Federation. The importance is proved of replacing the issue of the generally accepted principles and norms of the international law existing in the civil law with the issue of their system development. It is proposed to develop a three-level system of the generally accepted principles and norms of the international law which regulate the civil relationships.
