Public examination of normative legal acts as a type of legal examination

The concept of public examination of regulatory legal acts as a special type of legal expertise, the nature of this legal phenomenon, the basis and methods of its implementation, the legal framework and development trends in the modern Russian legal system are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the necessary expansion of the role of civil society institutions in exercising public control over the activities of state bodies and municipal bodies through public expertise.
