Public danger of crimes under articles 3222 and 3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the article is devoted to criminalization of illegal acts in registration and migration service registration. Special attention is paid to the establishment and study of public danger of the crimes under Articles 3222 and 3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Attention is focused on such a complex social phenomenon as hidden illegal migration contributing to the development of terrorism and extremism, as well as leading to an increase in crime in the country. Factors of formation of the criminal market in the sphere of registration and migration accounting are analyzed. Materials and Methods: logical, system-structural and statistical methods were used. The research materials were norms of criminal, registration and migration legislation of the Russian Federation, scientific literature. Results: the article formulates the author's concept of "criminal market in the field of registration and migration registration". Social danger of the crimes provided by Art. 3222 and 3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation which cause essential harm to a number of the public relations protected by the criminal law is investigated. Discussion and Conclusions: the social danger of crimes under Articles 3222 and 3223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is represented by a set of factors (socio-economic, political, socio-legal). For the criminalization of these illegal acts, their social danger and prevalence are important.
