Public danger of driving in state of intoxication

In article topical issues in the sphere of safety of participants of traffic are considered. Foreign and domestic experience is analyzed. Results of an author’s research are given. Importance of not only a legislative resource, but also need of strengthening of a complex solution of the problem of traffic safety, by means of activation of preventive measures (forms and methods) in holding preventive actions of counteraction to «driving in state of intoxication» is noted.
