The public chamber of the RF as a new institution of civil society

Two years ago, on the initiative of the president, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation began its work. The creation of a Public Chamber is the accumulation of vast work experience that the Russian public and Russian civil society institutions have accumulated over a long time.
