One of the current challenges of governance, both in business and industry and in public policy, remains the issue of shaping a positive public opinion. The challenge for today's managers is not just to learn, to be aware of trends, but to be firmly versed and proficient in all the tools available to influence people's opinions, attitudes and expectations in one way or another. Thus, the study of current trends in public opinion management continues to be relevant. The problem area of the study stems from the difficulty of determining the optimal impact on public opinion. The object of the study is public opinion, the subject is public opinion in the field of managerial influence. Awareness of the mechanism for changing social attitudes in a digitized society will enable timely action to be taken to effectively counteract the destructive impact of information attacks on the population.
