Public optimization reserves forest management

The current problems of forestry are insufficient funding and personnel shortage. Under these conditions, the active participation of the local population in the care of forests becomes a significant reserve for optimization. This work becomes effective only with specially adapted forest reclamation technologies. The technology of closed forest management is considered, which excludes the stages of export of wood material from the array and import of seedlings.
