Limited liability company as a legal form of a legal entity: problem aspects

The article attempts to build a system of reasoning about the essential features of a limited liability company as an organizational and legal form of a legal entity. The author analyzes the doctrine of civil law, and also refers to civil law, on the basis of which the nature of the authorized capital of the company, the trade name of the company, as well as the types of its activities and the content of the charter are investigated. As a result, the problematic aspects of the legal consolidation of the legal features of a limited liability company are highlighted.
