Knowledge society and problem of science development

The article analyzes evolution of the “knowledge society" concept and sociocultural conditions of its implementation. The socio-philosophic analysis is based upon the original approach to the developmental problems of the science. The matter of the approach is evinced by the problem reflection model of science development. According to this model, the units of the methodological analysis are a scientific problem and research (scientific and innovational) program.
