General and special features of corporate norms

The article contains a description of general and specific features typical for corporate norms, particularly; it reveals features of law from which general features of corporate norms originate from. fForfc and points of views of scientists who studied corporate norms (R.L Kndratiev; LI Antonova, S.L Arkhipova) are considered within the analysis of features distinguishing corporate norms from other social norms and centralised legal regulations which are close to them in their sense. The essence of distinctive features of corporative norms and definitions are given in the conclusion.
