General and special methods of protection of violated civil rights

The article is devoted to the analysis of ways of protection of the civil rights. The author of the work gives the analysis of the concept "ways of protection" in the light of the scientific discussion conducted in the literature on this question. The opinions of scientists- jurists on the definition of "way of protection", the order of classification of ways are proposed.
