General provisions of criminalistic characteristics of crimes related to illegal formation (creation, reorganization) of a legal entity

The article actualizes the problem of combating such sophisticated methods of committing a number of crimes of economic orientation, as illegal formation of legal entities. Acting as important links in a single criminal chain, these acts, however, are independent components of crimes, the successful investigation of which requires the improvement of scientific support. Taking into account the doctrinal provisions of the criminalistic technique, the criminalistic characteristic of the considered acts is analyzed: the author's concept of criminalistic characteristics of crimes is given, its structure in relation to the priority tasks of investigation is substantiated.
