General situation of interrogation in the investigation of crimes related to the organization of extremist activity

His paper investigates the impact of the committing crimes mechanism related to the organization of extremist activities, for the planning, preparation and implementation of the interrogations of suspected (accused) and witnesses. Attention is drawn to the conflicting nature of the situation of the interrogation of extremist groups’ leaders, predefined specific motivation of these individuals. The article expresses recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the interrogation.
