General provisions for the development of cooperation of Russia with the countries of Latin America

Аbstract: The article discusses general provisions for the development of cooperation between Russia and the countries of Latin America. The main directions of development of Russia's foreign policy with such countries of Latin America as Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina are disclosed. Particular attention is paid to factors that have a positive and negative impact on the development of trade and economic relations.
