On some questions of hermeneutics of M. M. Bakhtin and M. Heidegger

The author has considered hermeneutical conceptions of M.M. Bakhtin and M. Heidegger. The author has picked out the general and the difference in interpretation of concepts such as: "communicativeness", "dialogue". The attitude of these thinkers to "romanticism" has been determined and some points of intersection of their views have been analyzed.
