General questions of the criminal responsibility individualization on the present stage

The article discusses problems regarding the regulation of issues of individualization of the criminal responsibility individualization on the present stage. Basing upon the analysis of the effective criminal legislation the authors study the principle of the criminal responsibility individualization. The undertaken research shows that the criminal responsibility individualization is determined by not only the specific features of a crime and personality who committed it, but also substantially depends on the offender’s post criminal behavior.
