General presenter as a business text of business communication

On the data of the texts of the Chelyabinsk consulting group "Professional" the business text as an object of business communication is studied. The text of general presenter, which provides a potential customer with information about the company's goods and services, is analysed. The texts are analysed in the normative and psycho-linguistic aspects. The role of such verbal components as the company's name, logo and mission are also regarded. The research revealed that the quality of the business text determines a positive or negative image of the company.
