The crime situation as a constitutive feature of part 3 of article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the article is devoted to the situation of the crime provided for in part 3 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, expressed in three alternative signs. The essence of each of the signs and their relationship to each other are revealed. Specific situations that should be considered as other actions involving the use of weapons and military equipment are given.
