The article analyzes liability for bribery in the presence of aggravating circumstances, difficulties in qualifying criminal acts, their relationship to the circumstances specified in parts 2 and 3 of Art. Art. 210, 211, 212 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, some aspects of their qualification and differentiation, as well as problems encountered in practice.
