Circumstances subject to proof with respect to cases concerning armed hooliganism

The article deals with the consideration of questions, related to the problems of criminal legal evaluation and determination of the circumstances subject to proof in cases of hooliganism committed with application of a weapon or objects, used as a weapon. The author gives his own version of point "a" part 1 of section 213 in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
