Conditionality of individual victimization's victims of crimes related to domestic violence by unconscious mental attitudes

The article is devoted to the analysis of the nature of individual victimization. The author presents her assumptions about the factors of domestic violence in order to improve the quality of prevention. There was an attempt to approach the causes of domestic violence from the standpoint of the influence of unconscious factors because this behavior has a stable systemic and cyclical character and the roles of the “abuser” - “victim” are changing. The author believes that the reason of the low effectiveness of victimological prevention in domestic violence’s cases is the fact that that prevention do not work with the primary cause of such behavior, but it is aimed only against the consequence in the form of abusive or victim behavior. After all, the development of preventive measures, the choice of effective means of influencing a person in order to prevent victimization, is based on the knowledge of the laws of victim behavior. The importance of such an area as victimological counseling is emphasized. And the need to develop family rehabilitation programs for the aggressor and the victim is emphasized too.
