Footwear of hard forms from the cultural layer of Tobol'sk city XVII century

The aim of the article is to study the leather footwear of hard forms of the XVII century that was found during the archaeological researches in Tobol'sk. Suchlike archaeological finds rarely remain in the cultural layers. This material is studied in the specified chronological and territorial context for the first time. The outcomes of the research are: classification of Tobol'sk archaeological finds, the comparative analysis with the materials of the neighbouring areas, the conclusion about the considerable development of tanning and shoemaking trade in Tobol'sk of the XVII century.
