Appeal to a prosecutor about violation of procedural time limits on pre-trial stages of criminal process

The article describes the relation between a prosecutor and an investigator at the pre-trial stages of the criminal process, as well as the effectiveness of the prosecutor's response to the violations of the law committed by the investigators. The author suggests amending of the existing criminal procedure legislation as one of the conclusions of the undertaken study.
