Review of dynamics of demand and proposal for working personnel on regions of the country

In the work the authors consider the problem of imbalance of supply and demand for working personnel. The statistical analysis of data on the employment of labor personnel by regions of Russia is conducted and the tendencies of development of the labor market in the Rostov region are revealed.
