Review and analysis of the development of wind energy in Russia in the regional energy system (based on the materials of the Rostov region)

The article is devoted to the review and analysis of the development of wind energy in the Rostov region as one of the flagship regions for the development of this type of energy in the context of accelerating the development of renewable primary energy sources. Despite the fact that Russia is not a leader in the development of wind energy technologies, its share in the structure of primary energy used in the regional energy system can be very significant and will largely be determined by the priorities of the energy policy pursued in Russia.
