Review of waste management in Russia as the factor of improving its energy efficiency

The article is devoted to the analysis of the stages preceding the formation of the waste management branch in Russia, the implementation of the main provisions No 89-FZ, taking into account changes. The article gives an overview of the provisions of the Strategy for the development of the waste management industry, the role of eco-technical parks as a key element in the development closed cycle economy.
