Review of the assessment tools of intergovernmental relations in the subject of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the review of methods for assessing the efficiency of public finance management at the federal and subnational levels. The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing assessment methods and identify the areas of assessment and indicators that can be used to assess the effectiveness of intergovernmental relations in the subject of the Russian Federation.
