Overview of application TCO property

The article presents the results of the scoping study in the application of modern management concepts in the housing market, based on the total cost of ownership of real estate. Its development is related to the modern problem situation, with simultaneous action of two conflicting trends: the need to reduce the cost of construction and the growing requirements for energy efficiency of housing, which is associated with additional costs. The solution of this problem is possible by applying a methodical approach to the calculation of the cost of ownership of real estate in terms of total costs, as part of the life cycle of their reproduction.
