The study of the legislation of other states plays an important role in ensuring effective cooperation between countries, development of scientific research, providing citizens traveling to the territory of a foreign country and staying there with recommendations on the rules to be followed in order not to be held legally liable. Russia maintains long-standing friendly relations with Mongolia, but to date, Russian publications have either not considered the rights and obligations of a person with the status of a victim in this country at all, or have only focused on the level of separate fragments of scientific publications.
