Review of judicial practice on disposal of assets of legal persons` property

The author examines the judicial practice of applying the norms of the legislation on the sale of property of legal entities in bankruptcy proceedings. In particular, it discloses the algorithm for the sale of assets of an insolvent organization, analyzes current problems relating to the sale of property at auction, as well as without the organization of such, and the relevant judicial acts. Gives recommendations on how to avoid possible mistakes in the case of the debtor’s assets.
