Overview of artificial intelligence technologies and the potential of their application for management unformalized or low-formalized processing processes

Today, procurement is an integral part of the functioning of any organization. However, despite the uniformity of existing processes in the direction of procurement, not all of them are formalized, which can lead to problems in management and, as a consequence, to a decrease in efficiency. One of the tools for managing such processes is artificial intelligence. This article provides an overview of artificial intelligence technologies, and also presents the options for using the considered technologies to formalize some procurement processes in the context of optimization.
