Review of the federal laws and laws of the city of St. Petersburg on commercial contractual investments in real estate objects

Federal laws on commercial investments in real estate objects under contracts are analyzed in the article. The author also adverts to the regional legislation on commercial contractual investments in real estate objects by the example of the city of St. Petersburg as a constituent part of the Russian Federation with one of the most mature law environments including the investment laws.
