Estimation of adaptable reserves of an organism of schoolboys on an example of high school of №52 of Ulan-Ude

In the presented work express questioning and inspection of schoolboys for the purpose of diagnostics of level of physical health and degree of adaptation of an organism is spent. As a result of the spent works infringements of a functional condition of the basic physiological parametres of schoolboys of different age groups are noted: infringements of a bearing, foot, sight, work of respiratory and cardiovascular systems that does necessary carrying out of preventive actions and formation of steady motivation of schoolboys on the health, a healthy way of life.
