When assessing the agroecological state of arable soils, it is important to mention the humus content as the most significant property of the potential soil fertility and the content of nutrients (P2O5, K2O), the mobility of which in rich black soils (Chernozem) can be the primary factor limiting the yield of crops as well as, one of the important indicator of soil fertility. One of the most significant indicators of agroecological condition of arable soils is the content of mobile compounds of heavy metals in them. The aim of this study was to establish in a stationary field experiment on typical rich black soil (Chernozem) influence of different doses of fertilizers, manure and their combined action on the content of nutrients in the soil. The work was carried out a survey of the soil of the experimental site on the content of mobile forms of cadmium in the soil, the content of cadmium in plants. Fertilizing leads to an increase in the content of nutrients in the soil. The mineral fertilizer system has the advantage of increasing mobile phosphorus over organic, and a combination of organic and mineral fertilizers, especially in double doses, have the greatest positive effect on increasing the content of mobile phosphorus and metabolic potassium by 3.5 and 1.5 times, respectively, in relation to control. Use of mineral, organic fertilizers and their joint application from 2013 to 2019 change the content of mobile forms of cadmium, upwards. The highest content of mobile cadmium forms is noted in manure application variants.
