According to the research found that children consuming drinking water with elevated levels of manganese at 3.3 MAC (maximum of 8.1 MPC), the concentration of manganese in the blood up to 4.4 times higher than the reference level that poses a threat to the development of the critical organs and systems negative effects, especially the central nervous system. Proved the dependence of the probability of digression of indicators characterizing the state processes oxidant-antioxidant system and excitation - inhibition in the CNS, with high content of manganese in the blood.
