Evaluation of basic and professional competences of employees of health resort organizations

The article presents the results of studies concerned with the competence structure of employees of the health resort organizations in the context of socially responsible management of the health resort industry of the Republic of Crimea. The authors carry out structuring and classification of the competencies of various occupational groups of the health resort sphere. The research findings are an important contribution to the development of the modern competence models of socially responsible employees in the health resort industry.
