The article presents data on biological effects of a dressing based on a microfiber polymer matrix with immobilized aluminum oxyhydroxide nanoparticles modified with colloidal silver. Experimental application of the dressing and its components in laboratory animals and chicken embryos revealed no toxic, irritant, or allergic reactions.
