Protection of the grown-up landing material in forest nurseries from diseases is an urgent environmental problem. An integrated approach to its decision will allow to increase the level of survival of seedlings and to keep soil fertility in nurseries. Biological indicators of the soil adequately reflect its condition. The purpose of work was soil cellulose destruction process studying after use of biological fungicides (“Trikhoderminˮ, “Fitolavinˮ and “Fitosporinˮ) in the conditions of a nursery forest. Experiences pledged on fields with crops of a pine ordinary, grown up in the territory of the Magansky nursery forest Krasnoyarsk region. The soil cover is provided by the gray loamy soil. Handling of the soil was carried out to an initial stage of vegetation of seedlings in the doses recommended by the producer. In work used methods of biological diagnostics of soils, in particular determined the number of the microorganisms participating in destruction of cellulose and potential activity of destruction of cellulose. Ambiguous influence of biological medicines on the number of microorganisms is established. The minimum indicators of number are determined in the soil processed by the medicine “Fitolavinˮ 8.8 KOE·103·g-1 that is connected with influence of antibiotics whereas the maximum of quantity of microorganisms is determined in option using the medicine “Trikhoderminˮ 21.1 KOE·103·g-1 due to presence at structure of mushrooms of the species Trichoderma. The general potential capability of the soil to destruction of cellulose after effect of “Trikhoderminˮ fungicide increased during the entire period of a research to 88%, and after use of the medicines “Fitolavinˮ and “Fitosporinˮ to 68 and 71% respectively. The inhibition of process of destruction of cellulose isn't established that determined a possibility of safe use of biological fungicides for protection of seedlings coniferous in forest nursery. The researched biological products, being ecologically safe alternative to chemical fungicides, can be applied in forest nurseries to protection of seedlings, without breaking ecological equilibrium in the soil.
