Evaluation of the cyclic strength of the thermal protective coating of the pipe channel under thermal force loading

The article describes an approximate method for assessing the resistance of a chrome electroplating of a pipe channel exposed to periodic high-temperature flow of combustion products under high pressure conditions and the contact action of obturating devices. The method is based on an assessment of the cyclic strength of the adhesive layer of a metal joint. As a result of calculations using the developed method, the rheological sequence of the protective coating collapse in the sections of the pipe channel exposed to temperature and force influences of varying intensity has been established.
