Estimate the demographic capacities of Siberian regions

Within the framework of the project the particular demographic capacities of Siberian regions were evaluated by the solar energy consumption, carbonic acid emission, oxygen reproduction, and the availability of the sur-face water. Use the original author's technique to estimate the anthropogenic load on the municipalities under study (regions, cities). As a result of investigation the maximum permissible population density in administra-tive regions of nine subjects of Siberian district is calculated, the municipalities with the overpopulated and the underpopulated territories are classified, and the recommendations for the demographic stability of the regions are worked out.
