Assessment of factors of agricultural industry development in the Krasnodar region (based on the example of joint stock company “Victoria-Agro”)

This article discusses new opportunities for the development of agriculture in the Krasnodar region. The statistics of the agricultural sector were analyzed. Its development is being studied during the period of sanctions against the Russian Federation. Problems in the development of agriculture are noted. Although the 2023 crop growth rate is much lower than in 2019, agriculture and its sub-sectors, especially fruit trees, still maintain positive growth. Thus, in general, industry fell by 2.3 percentage points, agriculture - by 4.2 percentage points, livestock - by 0.1 percentage points. At the same time, the growth rate of agricultural production is 0.1 percentage points below the National Agricultural Development Program and the goals of regulating markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food products. As an example, data from the Joint Stock Company (JSC) “Victoria-Agro” is studied to conduct regression and correlation analysis. Ways to increase the efficiency and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region are proposed.
