Assessment of financing of the TCR treatment system

In the presented article the solutions of complex estimation of financing of system of the management with municipal waste (further TKO) are offered. To prevent an environmental disaster, it is necessary to modernize the system of solid waste processing at existing and new landfills Today in Russia there is a critical situation around solid waste (MSW), which is caused by the constant growth of their formation and accumulation, imperfect practices of handling changes in the morphological composition of waste, which took place over the past few decades. The global trend in waste management-the transition to a new level of TCO management, called Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), is an integrated management system of TCO, based on full (deep) recycling. In Russia, solid waste without pretreatment is stored in landfills or landfills, which occupy significant land areas, polluting the biosphere. It is proved that sustainable economic development depends largely on the system of radioactive wastes, and that the problem of MSW management is not only ecological, but also economic and financial problem, which should lead not only to improving the quality of life of the population, but also to ensure the financial stability of the whole othodopererabatyvayuschih industry.
