Assessment of the formation and efficiency of the use of municipal property

The article deals with the issues of formation, management and evaluation of the economic efficiency of municipal property management. The mechanism of municipal property management is directly related to the formation of a whole set of decisions, such as the formation of the entire set of municipal property objects; the procedure for making changes to the composition of municipal property (alienation, acquisition of objects); the procedure for maintaining registers for all municipal property objects; issues of individual areas of activity of municipal unitary enterprises (creation, liquidation, reorganization); issues of formation of a system for monitoring the effectiveness of the use of municipal property. Municipal property management is recognized as one of the most important tasks for local self-government bodies. It is on the effectiveness of municipal property management that the effectiveness of the functioning of the entire municipal education system largely depends, since revenues from this category make up a significant part of local budget revenues.
