According to the practice of the product organization in specific enterprises, a major problem arises concerning with the high level of expenditures in the ratio of low-quality products. One of the main elements in the common nomenclature costs are the energy costs. In this regard the need of energy saving measures based on the identification of the inefficient factors use of energy came into existence, as well as the introduction of qualitatively new methods of collecting statistical data constructed on the structuring level of energy costs. In this connection the question about the conceptual nature of the identification methods of increasing efficiency of energy in the framework of the state defense order arises. This issue relates to the field of improving production efficiency either military-style weapons and special equipment or the total product range of the industrial enterprises.
