Assessment and prospects of the transport leasing in Russia

The author analyses the history of the leasing service development, the peculiarities of the motor transport leasing, including the types of leasing and the main conditions of the motor transport leasing in Russia, as well as the kinds of payment according to the lease agreement. This article uses the statistic data, the results obtained by observing, the examples of companies providing leasing services in Russia, and the basic conditions of the transaction loan. The leasing companies offer a variety of the leasing options to their clients. The exposed facts reveal the opportunities for the potential leasing service consumers. There is year-on-year growth of the transport leasing market. The research results can be implemented when planning of the small motor transport business activity in Russia, and for assessment of the opportunities offered for autopark expansion, and, as a result, the extra profit-making.
