Evaluation and ways to improve the efficiency of the activities of the personnel management service

The article discusses the main aspects of personnel management of a modern organization, the success of which depends on the professional and rational activity of the personnel service. The author presents an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management service. A number of universal directions, allowing to increase its effectiveness, is proposed.
