Assessment and control for behavior of dump trucks frames with crack defects

The paper is dedicated to statement and solution problems of analysis and control for heavy dump tracks frames survivability. The analysis of stress-strain state sensitivity to crack defects is fulfilled. There is worked out an algorithm for frame structures numerical modeling. The paper contains reasoning for periodicity of technical troubleshooting and results of quantitative reasoning of structural reinforcement geometrical characteristics for damaged frame zone.
