Evaluation and management of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise using outsourcing mechanisms

In modern conditions, the competitiveness of the economy has become a complex concept that determines the future of the national economy. The competitiveness of an economy is largely determined by the competitiveness of its industries. Industry is an industry that generates a significant share of GDP and is the basis for the country’s economic growth and well-being. The development of the economy at the present stage is determined by the peculiarities of the course of scientific and technological progress. Real breakthroughs are taking place in such fields of science as quantum physics, chemistry, biotechnology, and as a result, the flow of information is growing like an avalanche, on the basis of which new goods and technological processes are created. The innovation process is carried out almost continuously. To increase the competitiveness of an enterprise, it is necessary to build a production process based on the creation, production and implementation of innovations. This can be most effectively dealt with by a flexible production structure that changes easily and quickly in response to changing environmental conditions. Flexibility can be provided by an outsourcing mechanism, which is an effective tool to increase the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise and involves the implementation of processes that are its strengths. The article proposes a method for assessing the impact of outsourcing on the indicator of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise.
