Estimation of innovative activity development in rural areas of regions of Russia (for example Bashkortostan and Perm krai)

The paper proposes to evaluate the innovative activity in rural areas of Russia. It noted the importance of integrating their advantages, such as geographical location, availability of natural resources, historical forms of entrepreneurial activity of the population, the various forms of tourism. On the example of the neighboring regions of Bashkortostan and the Perm edge the possibility of using this technique.
