Evaluation of innovative projects implemented by the defense-industrial companies under the conditions of the economic crisis

In the course of the research, the problems that the enterprises of the military-industrial complex are faced with when carrying out innovative activities in modern conditions are identified. To solve them, a toolkit for evaluating innovative projects that they are currently implementing is proposed. During its development, the combined target, software, integrated and systemic approaches were used. As a criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects, an indicator of the cost-effectiveness of creating an innovative product (product) is used. It allows you to compare different projects among themselves, taking into account the life cycle of the created innovative products.
